Michael Barbour, update on healthy lakes initiative

Last year, Heritage Oaks resident Dr. Michael Barbour, retired Aquatic Ecologist, and Dr. Abbey Tyrna, Executive Director of Suncoast Waterkeeper explained what we needed to do to take care of our lakes and keep them healthy. They are back to update us on how the measures are working.
