This PBS documentary explores the history, mission and daily operations of this final resting place for more than 4,000 Americans. It captures how this revered place that honors the dead brings so much meaning to the living. Keeping the 624 acres pristine for the 27-30 funerals each day, while bringing its operating systems up to date, involves hundreds of military and federal workers. They work tirelessly to afford each family the dignity and assistance they deserve.
