Greg Hurst is originally from Donegal in Ireland. He started working in the hospitality industry when he was 14 years old and moved to America when he was 25 years old. Before moving to America Greg was working at the K Club in Ireland which hosted the Ryder Cup in 2006. Greg completed a four-year Food & Beverage Management training program there before moving to Vero Beach Florida. Greg has also worked in hotels in Lille France for 5 months and Brisbane Australia for three months. When Greg moved to America, he worked at RedStick Golf Club in Vero Beach Florida for 12 years. During those first four years Greg would move to Vermont during the summer to work at Ekwanok Country Club in Manchester Vermont for the summer months and return to Florida during the winter again.

Greg started at Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club in January 2015 as Food & Beverage Director. After successfully obtained his Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation with the Club Managers Association of America Greg was promoted to Club House Manager and then promoted to General Manager in May 2022. Greg is also a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM)

Greg has been married since 2006 to his wife Jennifer they have a son Aidan who is an avid baseball player and a daughter Alissa who is an avid volleyball player. Greg is a runner and loves to compete in multiple diverse types of races of 5km to obstacle course races of 50km.

The duties of the Community Association Manager is responsible for executing the governing documents, with the goal to ensure a greater good for the residents. The CAM plays an active role in running the day-to-day activities of the association, assisting with budgeting, and taking care of the common areas.

The hours of the Community Association Manager is Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
